How to order from Yongguang?

You can contact us via email or online message, and our staff will respond to you in a day or two with a quote and a solution. Once the product specifics, delivery, prices, and other details are confirmed, we will sign the contract and begin the order process.

Can I get a personalized customization?

Yes. Yongguang set up a separate R & D department, according to customer requirements for personalized design products

What is the lead time for my order?

Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. It is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, which is according to quantities.

If OEM or ODM, it usually takes 25-35 workdays, owning to need to make model.


Do I get warranty for my orders? And how long it last?

We offer 12 months warranty terms.

What are your payment methods?

We provide a variety of flexible payment methods.

Payment<=10,000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=10,000USD, 40% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
